Idyllic landscape

Our olive groves are situated just south of Bale, immediately after the 45th parallel, in a quiet and idyllic area (65 m above sea level). Just 2 km from the sea, the soil here is a more friable and lighter version of the Istrian red soil, but equally fertile and rich in minerals as well as the classic terra rossa. Protected from strong winds, and yet basking all day in the sun, the air and the ground are humid, creating the ideal situation for our olive trees to produce oil which is full of freshness and harmony.
